The air in the sketchbook world, once thick with the oppressive presence of the Antagonist, began to thrum with a new energy. It was a subtle shift, like the first whisper of dawn after a long, starless night. Ren, their heart a hummingbird against their ribs, felt it more keenly than anyone.
