Chapter 7
A Weapon Forged in Ink
Alex devours the diary, deciphering Seraphina's secret language of manipulation. This knowledge is both empowering and terrifying.
The clasp of the diary, tarnished and intricate, felt impossibly heavy in my hand. It wasn't just leather and paper; it was a Pandora's Box, a forbidden fruit, a ticking time bomb all rolled into one. The script was a frantic scrawl, a whirlwind of looping letters and aggressive underlines. At first, it was a jumble, a chaotic outpouring of thoughts that seemed to make no sense. But as I devoured page after page, a pattern began to emerge, a hidden language woven from her pronouncements, her theatrical sighs, her pointedly delivered observations.
