Chapter 15
A Moment's Respite
Seeking refuge in a remote location, Christopher and Felicia confront the reality of their situation. Doubts creep in, and Felicia questions if their dream is worth the price.

But there was only empty road and the fading sunlight painting the sky in hues of orange and purple.
