The air in my study, usually thick with the comforting scent of aged paper and forgotten ink, had begun to thrum with something else. It was a subtle vibration, almost imperceptible at first, like the distant pulse of a sleeping giant. It wasn’t a sound, not precisely, but a sensation that settled deep in my bones, a resonance that mirrored the low hum I’d felt emanating from the Codex itself. This new feeling, this stirring within the stillness, I recognized from the briefest of whispers in Chapter Seven: Anamoria.

Anamoria. The very name felt like a key turning in a lock I hadn't known existed. It was the force of remembrance, the gentle, insistent tug of what was lost, calling itself back into being. The spectral cities, the winding rivers that seemed to flow from nowhere and to nowhere, the celestial alignments that defied any known astronomical chart – they were all beginning to shift, to rearrange themselves in my mind’s eye. It was as if the map, guided by this nascent presence of Anamoria, was no longer just a representation of space, but of time, of memory itself.
