Tears streamed down Kiara’s face, hot and heavy, as she pulled away from Milano’s tentative touch. The sterile air of the bathroom felt suffocating, amplifying the raw ache in her chest. “If you didn’t want me, you could have said so,” she choked out, her voice raw with pain. “Instead, you let me give you my breasts, my nipples, my dignity…” The words tumbled out, a desperate confession of vulnerability and betrayal.
