The sky, a canvas washed in gentle grey, Had cried its tears throughout the day. But now, a shimmer, soft and low, Where sunbeams start to bravely glow. And on the ground, a wondrous sight, Reflecting skies, a watery light. The puddles gleam, a silver sheen, The best of places to be seen!

With boots pulled high, and spirits bright, A splash awaits, a pure delight! The first brave leap, a joyful sound, As water sprays and leaps around. A ripple spreads, a tiny sea, For little explorers, wild and free. The world transformed, from grey to grand, With splashy feet across the land.

Each puddle holds a sky so blue, A upside-down reflection, true. Your happy face, a joyful sight, Bathed in the sun's returning light. And look! Across the clearing sky, A painted arch begins to lie. A rainbow bright, a promise sweet, Where rainy day adventures meet. The journey’s end, the sun’s warm kiss, A perfect, puddle-jumping bliss.
