The tranquility that had settled over Zoren’s life, a precious, hard-won peace, shattered like delicate glass under the relentless onslaught of an alien tide. From the swirling rifts that tore open the sky, a torrent of beings, grotesque and terrifying, poured forth. Their armor was the color of dried blood, their weapons sharp enough to cleave reality itself, and their eyes burned with an insatiable hunger for destruction. Panic, a raw, primal wave, surged through the land. Cities, once vibrant hubs of life and commerce, crumbled under the invaders’ fury. He had sought peace, had built a life of quiet contentment, but the sanctity of this world, the world he had come to call home, was being threatened. And he, the Celestial Moon God, the Heavenly Emperor Saint Realm cultivator, would not stand idly by. “Then we shall meet them, Chen,” Zoren stated, his voice, usually as soft as a lullaby, now resonating with an immense, earth-shattering power. “We shall show them the true meaning of celestial wrath.”
