The Traveler stood on a precipice not of rock and wind, but of pure, unadulterated possibility. Before him stretched an infinite horizon, a canvas upon which realities bloomed and faded like ephemeral nebulae. He had severed the threads of the Architects’ immediate machinations, a feat that had cost him more than he cared to admit, leaving behind a residue of exhaustion that clung to his essence like cosmic dust. Yet, the silence that followed their retreat was not one of peace, but of a held breath, a pregnant pause before a storm he could only sense, not yet comprehend.

He had glimpsed their faces, or rather, the echoes of their faces, through the fractured lens of the dimensional rifts. But by whom, and for what grand design, is the true enigma.” He had stabilized the immediate tears, patched the gaping wounds in the tapestry of existence, but the reweaving, that insidious, deliberate act of creation and destruction, continued. He could feel it, a subtle vibration in the very bones of reality, a constant hum that spoke of unseen hands at work.
