Chapter 8

Anya's Counsel

Faced with the tantalizing, yet perilous, prospect of a magical reunion, Aria turns to Anya for guidance. Anya, ever the voice of reason, gently urges Aria to differentiate between the idealized memories of Liam that haunt her and the complex reality of their past relationship. She encourages Aria to reflect on what she truly wants—a ghost of a past love, or a vibrant, independent future. Anya stresses that true fulfillment lies not in chasing a phantom, but in self-discovery and writing a narrative that honors her own growth and resilience, regardless of Liam's presence.
