Chapter 4
Unlikely Allies
Deep within the echoing caverns of the Cave of the Underworld, Billy and Lisa's Black Beginners team unexpectedly crosses paths with Betty's Yellow Disk group. A palpable sense of unease hangs in the air, amplified when Scott Wonders, ever vigilant, senses a powerful, unknown presence. Driven by a need to investigate and ensure it's not a malicious entity, Scott impulsively ventures ahead alone, leaving his team and Betty's bewildered companions behind to navigate the immediate, uncertain dangers of the cave.

Scott Wonders, their steadfast scout, a man whose senses were as sharp as any blade, had already moved ahead, his keen eyes scanning the treacherous terrain.
"Stay sharp, Beginners," Vanessa's voice was a low growl, cutting through the echoing silence. "This place feels…wrong. More than just a simple treasure hunt."
Billy nodded, his grip tightening on the hilt of the Sword of Slayers. He could feel the latent power humming within its dark steel, a familiar comfort in the face of the unknown. The cave twisted and turned, a labyrinth of shadowed passages and glittering, mineral-streaked walls. Water dripped with a maddening rhythm, each plink a tiny hammer blow against their nerves.
