The air grew heavy, not with the oppressive stillness that had become my constant companion, but with a new, suffocating weight. And I, Elias Thorne, was not merely an unwitting participant, but a key architect of its construction. The weight in my chest intensified, a physical manifestation of the dawning horror. My past, a void I desperately sought to fill, was not lost, but deliberately buried.

I stood before the Architect, his form as imposing and unyielding as the obsidian structures that dotted the horizon. His gaze, devoid of warmth or judgment, simply registered my presence. The Weaver, a shimmering distortion in my peripheral vision, offered no commentary, no cryptic pronouncements. Silence had returned, but it was a loaded silence, pregnant with the unspoken consequences of revelation.
