Heddie

A story of a little girl, heddie, who lived mostly with her grandparents in Northern Michigan. Heddie spent her early years enjoying living on the lake, surrounded by her aunt's and uncles. She was the only child under age 6 then her sister was born on the same day as her. Heddie spent most of her time with her grandparents because after her sister was born, heddie was treated like Cinderella. Her step dad started treating her differently, he was cold. Being with her grandparents she got one on one attention. When she was three, heddie was forced to go live with her father she step mom. A situation that made her stay in fight it flight mode constantly. I also lived with my step sister, their kid, Lina. She was younger and used to being the only child. I was back to being Cinderella, but I'm a different prison. When I was six I left my dad and flew back to Michigan. My family was waiting but I didn't remember them any more but it didn't take much to get the memories back. I was back to being the only child again, but only for a little while, this is where my sister born in my birthday enters. At the lake House my grandpa hung a handmade wooden swing in a tree and every day my grandma would give me a butterscotch disc and pushed me on that swing until my grandpa came home from work. When I was a little older my grandma didn't like the lake House anymore, so we moved to town. Every morning just about I would go have breakfast with my grandpa at Mrs. Pete's. Grandpa chatted with the guys and Grandma lois made sure I got whatever I wanted to eat. I started school a year late because of being with my dad. I never fit in. I didn't wear cool clothes, at first it's because i didn't have a say but them or became about money. My life changed the minute I turned 13, my mom started having legal troubles, eventually I was placed in a foster home or two or three because my mom couldn't be less selfish and raise me. Everything that happened to my with my dad and step mom, and foster home was more than i could take. I moved around schools a lot so I didn't have be friends. I was the loser no one wanted.
