Chapter 29

Sunflower Song

I turn and sway where breezes brush my face, singing a quiet song of hope and grace. It rises from my roots, through stem and bloom, filling the silence, chasing away the gloom. A tune for myself, and for my little ones too — we bloom together, bright and brave and true.

I turn where breezes brush my golden face, and hum a quiet tune of hope and grace — rising from deep roots, through stem and bloom, chasing every shadow, clearing every gloom. Surrounded by noise, I sing a melody all my own, a soft strong anthem for the life I’ve known. It tells of heavy days I’ve walked alone, of love that grows when all the rest is gone. My children hear it in the warm bright air, learn how to stand, to trust, and how to care. We sway together while the music flows, bright and brave, exactly as we grow. This song is proof that joy can rise from pain — sunflower melody, forever to remain.
