Chapter 13
The Shadow Weaver
As Lumina's light continues to wane, a new, malevolent presence begins to manifest: the Shadow Weaver. This entity is not a physical being in the traditional sense, but a concentration of Lumina's decaying energy, a creature born from the encroaching darkness and despair. It actively feeds on the fading light, growing stronger as Lumina weakens. The Shadow Weaver perceives Elara as a direct threat to its existence, an anomaly disrupting the natural progression towards oblivion. It begins to actively interfere with her progress, creating obstacles, sowing discord among Luminans, and attempting to extinguish the sparks of hope Elara represents. This entity becomes the primary antagonist, embodying the forces that seek to keep Lumina in eternal darkness.

The Guardian’s voice, when it came, was a low hum that vibrated through Elara’s chest. "It grows stronger, child. The decay feeds it. The fracture widens."
Elara nodded, her gaze sweeping across a patch of moss that had once blazed with an inner fire but now lay dull and lifeless. "What is it, exactly? This... shadow?"
