Chapter 11
A Symphony of Colors
Waterfalls cascade in every hue, reflecting a sky adorned with a permanent rainbow arch. The air hums with a gentle, sweet music.
The air itself seemed to sing as Dino, Pippy, and Spike stepped through the shimmering curtain of mist that marked the entrance to Rainbow Valley. It wasn't a sound they could quite place, not the chirping of insects or the rustling of leaves, but a soft, melodious hum that vibrated deep within their chests, making their scales tingle with a strange, delightful energy. And the sights! Oh, the sights were enough to make even Spike forget his wobbly knees for a moment.
Waterfalls, not of mere water, but of liquid light, cascaded down moss-covered cliffs. Each stream shimmered with a distinct, vibrant hue – fiery reds that bled into sunset oranges, sunny yellows that melted into emerald greens, ocean blues that deepened into twilight purples. The colors weren't just flowing; they were dancing, swirling together in a breathtaking spectacle, reflecting off the polished, smooth stones of the valley floor. And above it all, stretching from one end of the valley to the other, was an archway of pure, unadulterated rainbow. It wasn’t the fleeting arc of a distant storm, but a solid, glorious bridge of color, permanently painted against a sky that was the softest, most perfect shade of periwinkle.
Dino, usually so boisterous, found himself speechless. His bright eyes, accustomed to the greens and browns of the jungle, widened to twice their normal size, absorbing every impossible detail. He let out a soft, awestruck rumble, a sound far more gentle than his usual roar.
