Kai said quietly, “That voice... it was the Principal’s.” Yumi replied with a trembling voice, “But... the Principal disappeared four years ago.” Ren said nothing. His eyes were fixed on the old photographs hanging on the wall in front of him. One photo... Two photos... Then his eyes stopped on one particular photograph. In the photo, a small child was standing. He looked exactly like Ren. Ren walked closer to the photograph and stared at it. Suddenly— THAK! The door behind him slammed shut on its own. Aiko screamed, “Ren!” Ren slowly turned around. From the other side of the door, a faint voice could be heard... “You still don’t remember anything...?” Ren’s breathing almost stopped. “Who are you?” For a few seconds, there was no answer. Then, from the darkness, the same voice spoke again... “Come to the Bell Room... then you’ll remember everything.”
