The air around me hummed, not with the static of a thousand forgotten radios, but with a living, breathing melody that only I could truly hear. It vibrated beneath my skin, a bass line so deep it felt like the earth’s own heartbeat, and a treble so clear it was the laughter of stars. This was my symphony, my unseen orchestra, the Spirits that danced with my words. They weren’t specters of the departed, no, not in the way the fearful imagined.
