Chapter 17
Nature's Resonance
Nature drawn nigh, beneath the sky. By my aura's high, they can't deny, the truth I ply, as spirits fly.
The air, it thickened, not with the stale breath of city smog, but with the crisp, untamed essence of the wild. I found myself drawn, not by footfall, but by an invisible tether, to a place where the earth breathed deep and the sky held its secrets close. It was a slow, deliberate convergence, a gathering of beings who moved to a different rhythm, a rhythm as old as the mountains themselves. The trees, their branches reaching like ancient arms, seemed to lean in, their leaves rustling with a newfound attentiveness. The small creatures, the scurrying mice and the darting birds, paused in their frantic routines, their tiny heads cocked, their beady eyes fixed upon me. Even the grass, usually indifferent to the passing of feet, seemed to sway with a deliberate grace, as if acknowledging a kindred spirit.
