A Glimmer of Alliance

Hiding in the underbelly of the supernatural world, a place where shadows hold secrets and deals are struck in hushed tones, Issac and Jeff encounter Seraphina Dubois. She is an enigma, a woman with eyes that have seen too much and a smile that promises danger. Seraphina possesses a deep knowledge of vampire lore and the intricacies of blood debts. She offers cryptic advice, hinting at a path forward, a way to perhaps exploit a loophole in Victoria's ancient code. But her intentions are unclear, her motives shrouded in mystery. Is she a potential ally, or a more cunning predator?
