Elara expresses her appreciation to Sterling and Lina during the car ride home, and as they pull up the drive, Elara is overwhelmed with excitement and anticipation for the new chapter of her and Leo's journey

Helena stood rigid, her face a mask of cold fury, but her eyes betrayed a flicker of something deeper—defeat. The Family Justice Council had spoken, and their verdict was swift and merciless. For conspiracy to commit murder, obstruction of justice, and the attempted manipulation of the judicial process, Helena Vance was sentenced to thirty years in the New Horizon Work Camp.
