Chapter 6
The Shattered Library
Guided by the Goddess, Leo seeks remnants of Erebos's past in a ruined library. He must piece together fragmented texts, each word a battle against the encroaching Oblivion.

Sunlight, thin and watery, filtered through gaping holes in the domed ceiling, illuminating motes of dust that danced like spectral librarians. The silence was profound, broken only by the crunch of debris under my boots and the frantic thumping of my own heart, a drumbeat against the encroaching void.
