Chapter 13
A Glimmer of Hope
Felix receives some positive news regarding his treatment. A small flicker of his old optimism returns, giving him strength. He starts sketching new ideas, a sign of his enduring spirit.

Each missed performance, each whispered concern from his members, each apologetic glance from his fans, had chipped away at his resolve. He had watched from the sidelines, a ghost in his own vibrant life, as the stage lights continued to shine, sometimes on him, more often on others.
