Wrap in cloth fabric bundles with cinnamon sticks tue up with another cinnamon stick make a nice little card and give as gifts. Use dried citrus pearls in baths foot soaks or homemade teas Enjoy !!!

The kitchen, bless its heart, was a symphony of delightful disarray. Sunlight, dappled and warm, streamed through the window, illuminating a scene that could only be described as… well, *us*. Rex, my darling dingbat of a husband, was perched on his usual stool, a mug of something steaming clutched in his hand, a fond, amused smile playing on his lips. Beside him, a whirlwind of fur and questionable life choices, was Peanut, my silly Chihuahua, whose tail was already wagging a mile a minute in anticipation of… well, anything. And then there was Pip, the hyper Chiweenie, a blur of brown and tan, already doing laps around the kitchen island, his happy yips echoing off the cabinets.

“Morning, sunshine!” Rex’s voice, deep and rumbling, cut through the happy chaos. He took a slow, appreciative sip of his coffee. “Ready for another culinary adventure?”

I beamed, a little scatterbrained as always. “Absolutely, my love! Today, we’re diving into the wonderful world of citrus! Specifically, lemons and limes, and all the glorious things we can do with them besides just squeezing them into a drink.” I held up a bright yellow lemon, its skin a bumpy landscape of aromatic oils. “See this? Don’t you dare toss this in the bin! These peels are packed with potential.”
