  A world werw God is slowly turning everything into animation, a boy named Eli has found gloves that hurt the animated and plans to turn the world back and defeat God. His family are nomads that travel with a big group of a couple thousand people. Eli is an explorer that searches and stays in caves while his family moves from place to place he always finds a way to get back with the group, the groups mainly run away because it's not just the people that are getting turned into animation it's animals and the environment and they live in Europe and Asia like territory when exploring a cave he finds the gloves and uses them to punch one of the animated something he didn't think would work after he kills it the person's soul is released and the body burns to ash. There is a secret organization that kills the animated but instead of releasing their souls they die and live in a void they are called soul-hunters. They use guns and swords that have special minerals that can kill the animated most squads consist of about a hundred soldiers of all ages or sex and about 20% survive their first year elis friend niku which means the word meat in Japanese since he is so big is apart of the group and it is his first year, the soul hunters do their annual search for soldiers and discover eli they check all of the boxes he is a 16 year old good at fighting and intelligent so they force him to join (they dont know he has the gloves which he says are just fashion choices and look cool).
