My Neighbor Only Knocks on Full Moons
Your grumpy werewolf neighbor knocks on Halloween night with one request: lock him in your bakery's vault before midnight.
Choose your role and check credits before you begin.
The world you're entering
You just reopened your late aunt's bakery inside a converted 1890s bank, vault included. Cal Mercer, the carpenter next door who has never once smiled at you, is a werewolf, and someone has smashed every lock he owns. It's Halloween, the moon peaks at midnight, and two thousand people are still out on Main Street.
Birch Hollow, Vermont: one traffic light, a covered bridge, maple smoke, and a Harvest Walk that fills Main Street every Halloween. Most of the town has no idea it shares its woods with a small, careful pack. Cast: Cal Mercer (34), Carpenter next door, reluctant werewolf; Dale Whitcomb (52), Birch Hollow's affable sheriff; June Okafor (29), Owner of the diner across the street.

Who will you be?
The new baker next door
You took over your aunt's bakery to start over, not to babysit a werewolf. You're relentlessly cheerful, stubborn about your sourdough, and now the keeper of your aunt's brass vault key.
The rules of this story
- 01On a full moon, a werewolf turns when the moon peaks at midnight and stays turned until dawn. No willpower changes that.
- 02Silver burns but doesn't kill. A locked door is kinder than either.
- 03The old bank vault only opens with your aunt's brass key, and there's only one.
