Chapters

  1. 1Chapter 1: The New Wealth EquationThis chapter introduces the shift from traditional work to AI-leveraged income, beginning with a reader action to audit daily digital habits for opportunity. It explains why wealth strategies have changed with accessible AI, using a worked example of automating a simple service. It closes with a practical prompt to imagine where AI can replace labor and sets up exploration of the AI Leverage Formula.
  2. 2Chapter 2: The Cost of Standing StillThis chapter raises the stakes by detailing the hidden costs—financial, emotional, and competitive—of ignoring AI-driven opportunities. It shows, with a worked example, how old habits and delayed adoption can erode wealth potential. The chapter closes with an actionable prompt to map the opportunity cost of sticking with traditional methods versus testing one AI-powered process.
  3. 3Chapter 3: The Hidden Leverage—Automation’s Underrated Wealth SecretThis chapter reveals how compounding small automations—often overlooked—quietly accumulate into significant wealth-generating leverage. Through a worked hypothetical example, it demonstrates how layering simple AI automations creates exponential returns in time and income, not just incremental gains. The chapter walks through a practical exercise to identify a hidden 'automation stack', closes with next steps, and introduces the concept of digital asset compounding.
  4. 4Building Stronger Connections: Your Personal Automation NetworkThis chapter explores how deepening relationships—with people and platforms—amplifies the effects of AI-driven automations. It demonstrates through a hypothetical example how forming partnerships and integrating AI tools expands both income and opportunity. The chapter concludes with a concrete action to proactively connect with communities or individuals who can enhance your automation journey.
  5. 5Turning Automation Into Digital Assets: The First Real ProductThis chapter guides readers through transforming a personal automation or micro-service into a standalone digital asset, using a worked hypothetical example. It offers a concrete action—packaging an automation as a digital product—and covers fallback steps, emphasizing the practical shift from service to asset ownership. The chapter closes with a reflection on asset scaling and positioning for passive income.
  6. 6The Asset Multiplier: Unlocking Hidden Value with the AI StackThis chapter reveals the 'secret' behind multiplying digital assets for scalable income: systematically stacking small, complementary automations and products. Using a worked hypothetical example, it explains how packaging related mini-assets creates exponential value and defensibility, then guides the reader to map and connect their own assets for compounding results.
  7. 7Chapter 7: The Tipping Point—From Micro-Empire to Escape VelocityThis chapter raises the stakes by highlighting the vulnerabilities of stopping at a single asset stack, explaining how market shifts, copycats, and algorithm changes can threaten digital income. It uses a hypothetical example to show how quickly things can unravel if you do not keep evolving your asset ecosystem. It closes with an actionable prompt to assess current risk points, followed by a fallback to audit competitive moves, positioning readers to future-proof their AI-powered income streams.
  8. 8Chapter 8: Strengthening Your Human-AI PartnershipsThis chapter explores how deepening a strategic partnership—human or platform—can bring new resilience and opportunity to a digital micro-empire. Using a hypothetical example, it shows how to actively nurture win-win collaborations, leverage shared audiences, and safeguard income streams against market shocks. The chapter concludes with a concrete action to strengthen or initiate a partnership, plus a fallback step for those unsure where to begin.
  9. 9Chapter 9: Decoding Trends—AI Analytics for Smarter Wealth DecisionsThis chapter introduces the reader to practical ways of using AI-powered analytics to anticipate market trends, measure the impact of partnerships, and guide the growth of micro-empires. It opens with a concrete action to set up a simple analytics dashboard, illustrates with a hypothetical example, and offers a fallback for readers who feel overwhelmed. The chapter closes by encouraging continual adaptation and curiosity as technology and markets evolve.
  10. 10Chapter 10: When Data and Instinct Collide—Balancing Evidence with Creative RiskThis chapter examines how to synthesize AI-driven analytics with personal intuition to make bolder, more effective decisions in building digital assets. It illustrates the value and limits of data, using a hypothetical example of product iteration, and provides a concrete action for readers to blend evidence with creative experimentation, raising the stakes for future growth.
  11. 11Scaling Through Collaboration—The Power of Deepening One Strategic RelationshipThis chapter explores how intentionally deepening a pivotal business relationship can amplify the reach, stability, and innovation capacity of your AI-powered income streams. It details a concrete action for identifying and strengthening a key partnership, uses a hypothetical example to illustrate leveraged outcomes, and closes with steps for tracking impact and unlocking new growth opportunities.
  12. 12Chapter 12: The Partnership Dividend—Uncovering the Hidden Wealth MultiplierThis chapter reveals the 'secret' power of formalizing strategic partnerships in AI-powered micro-businesses, explaining how shared structures like revenue splits, affiliate programs, or joint ventures can unlock exponential growth beyond solo automation. It uses a hypothetical example to illustrate how thoughtfully structured partnerships multiply wealth, increase resilience, and offer new creative opportunities. The chapter gives readers a concrete first step to formalize one partnership, offers a fallback, and closes with a prompt for evaluating the long-term value of collaboration.
  13. 13Chapter 13: Defending Your Digital Empire—The Threats You Can’t IgnoreThis chapter confronts the escalating risks of digital asset theft, copycats, and market volatility that threaten even formalized AI micro-business partnerships. It opens with a concrete action for readers to audit their current digital protections, explores a hypothetical example of a copied product derailing momentum, and guides the reader in quickly shoring up their digital security and defensibility. It closes with a call to treat resilience as vital as growth, and to continue evolving protections as their automated income grows.
  14. 14The Pivot Point—When Automation Fuels a Bigger MissionThis chapter explores the unexpected consequence of digital security: how, once basic defenses are in place, AI-powered micro-businesses can redirect freed energy and trust into a broader mission. Drawing from a hypothetical scenario, it follows Marcus and Priya as they shift from reactive defense to proactive community leadership—launching an open-source toolkit to help others defend their digital assets, and in the process, unlocking new forms of influence, opportunity, and resilience. The chapter closes with a concrete action: identify one process or resource you could openly share or teach, and a fallback to simply document lessons learned from a recent business challenge.
  15. 15Chapter 15: Beyond Survival—Scaling Your Impact and the Risks of VisibilityThis chapter explores how sharing tools and resources propels micro-businesses into greater influence but also exposes them to new challenges. Marcus and Priya navigate the surge of attention after open-sourcing their toolkit, encountering the opportunities and vulnerabilities that come with visibility. It raises the stakes for readers: scaling up impact means facing bigger risks, not just more rewards.
  16. 16Chapter 16: The Invisible Edge—How Small Experiments Become Outsized AdvantageThis chapter reveals the secret advantage underpinning sustainable AI-driven wealth: the compounded effect of continual small-scale experimentation. Using Marcus and Priya’s evolving micro-empire as a worked hypothetical, it shows how disciplined, low-risk trials—not sudden giant leaps—allow micro-entrepreneurs to outpace larger, slower-moving competitors. The chapter explains why most visible wins are preceded by invisible cycles of iteration, and guides readers to intentionally create a private 'experimentation portfolio'—with concrete steps and a fallback for those uncertain where to start.
  17. 17Chapter 17: The Turning Point—When Micro-Experiments Meet Market DisruptionThis chapter raises the stakes by exploring how sudden changes in technology and market sentiment can put even disciplined, experiment-driven micro-empires at risk. It details a hypothetical scenario where Marcus and Priya must respond to a major platform policy change that threatens their toolkit’s core integration. The chapter demonstrates how their experimentation portfolio gives them a rapid response advantage. Readers are given a concrete action: audit and map their dependence on external platforms, with a fallback of listing their top three technical dependencies. The chapter closes by foreshadowing the importance of adaptability as both challenge and opportunity in the next stage of AI-driven wealth building.
  18. 18Chapter 18: Leverage in the Storm—Turning Crisis Response into Strategic AdvantageMarcus and Priya face the aftermath of a critical API disruption that threatened their toolkit and credibility. They use the crisis as an opportunity to reevaluate their independence, diversify platform reliance, and open dialogue with their user community. Their transparent crisis response attracts interest from new partners, but it also forces them to confront the limits of dependence on third-party AI. The chapter guides readers to use disruption not only for recovery but also for strategic repositioning and optionality.
  19. 19Chapter 19: The Power of a Deepening AllianceMarcus and Priya decide to actively deepen their relationship with an AI consultancy that reached out after their crisis. They arrange a call, explore possibilities for joint development, and test the waters for a more formal collaboration. The chapter illustrates how moving beyond transactional exchanges towards trusting, shared projects can unlock new technical and market advantages. Readers are given concrete steps to strengthen one promising external relationship, with a fallback to simply initiate a conversation where they express open curiosity and willingness to collaborate.
  20. 20Chapter 20: Unplanned Ripples—When Your Micro-Empire Inspires the UnexpectedMarcus and Priya's collaboration with the AI consultancy yields rapid progress, but an unexpected third party emerges: an overseas developer adapts their open-source toolkit for a niche market, drawing attention and sparking a new wave of collaboration requests. The chapter explores how to respond when others build on your work, the hidden value in letting go of control, and how surprise moments of influence can create new leverage. Readers are guided to embrace and evaluate such moments rather than immediately guarding or rejecting them.

  • The Porcelain Throne's Portal

Some forty years ago, I had the opportunity to have as many friends over as I'd like while my parents were at work. I was told that the house was now mine. My siblings, nine years older than me, were all gone. A 3-1/2-bedroom home with two bathrooms and a decked-out basement with a barn that I called Pete's Pub. Pete's Pub also had a large freezer that I easily put quarter barrels in if needed, depending upon the amount of people that came over. It was like running a speakeasy, except there was no famous knock and there was no one not accepted. Everybody could come in as long as you were either a jock, a freak, or just a walking nomad. As long as you had a buck to suck, you were in this party, but this party wasn't for pussies either. It had shots. We were going to do whisky. We were going to do tequila. We even did a day of vodka. It's morning, for God's sake! Make mamasas. Though my friends and I were not into pussy drinks, we went for the gusto, probably whisky and water for the most. Back then, wines were still big: country quencher, Boon's Farm, strawberry hill, things like that. It was amazing at 14% alcohol, and drinking like it's a beer, you get very trashed. You start talking about shit that isn't there. You start to do shit that's not there. You march up big hills by yourself and sit down and what the hell is going on? It's a good time. Have the normies check on you once in a while, just in case you forgot to put your cataract on or you're laying in frozen or whatever your issue may be. Take care. God bless! One of my neighbors is out for me, saying I wasn't home to fight with her. I guess the word that came down is these are the same people, mind you, that flooded our apartment there in 303 or in 203. Our apartment happens to be on the first floor. You go in the basement for 101 and 102. That's either here or there at the moment, because here we are. This is where I got to. I'm pretty much a washed-up wrestler. I got my ass kicked by the guy who ran the meeting prior to this, Mike Canodo. I'm sure he's going to teach another rough crowd to do more of that, because that's what he's about, and that's what I respect about him. He keeps doing the next right thing, allowing himself to make mistakes. You
