The Storm
A storm hits the forest, and Lily discovers a lost human child. She helps the child find shelter with the animal community, learning that her home includes humans too.

The distant rumble grew louder as gray clouds rolled across the sky. Lily stood in her hollow tree lookout, watching the forest turn dark. The leaves shivered, and the wind began to whistle through the branches.
“It’s coming,” said Professor Hoot, landing beside her. “This will be a big storm.”
Lily’s sensors picked up the change in air pressure. “We should warn everyone.”
