Chapter 20
Aethelgard Renewed
The shadow recedes, and Aethelgard is saved. The Lumina Steed fades, leaving behind a world bathed in light and three heroes forever bonded.
The crushing weight of the shadow lifted, not with a roar, but with a sigh, like a storm receding over a peaceful sea. Where suffocating darkness had clawed at the edges of existence, now a soft, luminous glow bloomed, warm and tender. It seeped into the very stones of Aethelgard, chasing away the chill that had settled deep in its heart. Elara, Finn, and Kael stood, breathless, their hands still linked, the echo of the Lumina Steed’s power thrumming through them.

The sky, which had grown heavy and bruised, now shimmered with renewed brilliance. The aurora borealis, no longer a desperate plea, danced with joyous abandon, painting strokes of emerald, sapphire, and amethyst across the heavens. It was as if the land itself was weeping tears of light.
The Lumina Steed, its form a swirling nebula of pure luminescence, pulsed with a gentle rhythm. Its eyes, deep pools of starlight, regarded the three friends with an ancient, knowing gaze. There was no sound from the magnificent creature, no whinny or stampede, only a profound sense of peace that radiated outwards, a silent affirmation of their victory.
