The air inside the old house, thick with the scent of dust and forgotten time, crackled with a new kind of energy. Leo, Maya, and Sam, their faces flushed with the thrill of deciphering the cryptic inscription on the grandfather clock, felt a prickle of something akin to triumph. They had found the next clue, a small, tarnished silver locket nestled within a hidden compartment. It bore a tiny, intricate engraving of a robin, its beak open as if mid-song.
