They would never know the true extent of the danger they had faced, nor the greater threat his father had confronted. He was the Warden, and some burdens were his alone to carry. The wraith suit, now quiescent, hummed with a faint, latent energy. He had unlocked a new capability, a powerful if temporary, escape from oblivion. But he knew, as he walked into the predawn light, that there were still many more secrets hidden within its ghost weave, and many more shadows waiting to be faced. The galaxy was a dangerous place, and his father’s fight was far from over.
