…“We must seal the Abyss,” Seraphina rasped, her eyes fixed on the widening tear in reality. “But it will require… a sacrifice. A potent one.” The crimson moon, hanging high and indifferent, cast its blood-red glow upon our desperate struggle. The night was far from over, and the true test of our strength, and our bonds, had only just begun. The Abyss pulsed, a hungry maw, and the shadows within it seemed to whisper our deepest fears, promising oblivion. We had confronted the darkness, but the abyss that lay within ourselves, and the betrayal that had fractured our coven, still threatened to consume us all.
