…As I sat at my computer, the city lights painting abstract patterns on my walls, I felt a strange calm settle over me. The battle was far from over. The shadows were indeed stretching, and the stakes were higher than ever. But for the first time in a long time, I felt like I wasn’t fighting in the dark. A whisper, anonymous and cryptic, had ignited a new flame, and I was determined to fan it into a blaze. The Whisperer might be watching the watchers, but someone, somewhere, was watching the Whisperer too. And that someone, for now, was me. The game had changed. And I was ready to play.
