The path ahead was fraught with peril, of that I had no doubt. Malakor would return, and he would bring his darkness with him. But now, I was not alone. I had a connection, a power I was only beginning to understand, and a magnificent creature by my side. The age of dragons had not ended; it had merely been waiting for its riders to awaken.
