It’s in the kindness you extend, A helping hand, a faithful friend, A boundless well of empathy, That flows, unbidden, out from thee. Your soul, a sanctuary, holds The stories that the years unfold, Each trial met, each lesson learned, A testament to love that’s earned. It shines in laughter, soft and low, In quiet moments, as they flow, A rare and precious, inner gleam, The very substance of my dream.
