…"And I'm not your piece on the board." I turned and walked toward the exit. The soldiers moved to block me, but Dronacharya held up a hand. "Let him go," he said quietly. "For now." I walked through the glass hall, past the holographic screens, past the cold marble, until I reached the docking bay. The drone that had brought me sat empty, its hatch still open. I climbed inside and closed the hatch behind me. As the drone descended through the clouds, the lights of Hastinapur grew brighter, closer. Home was waiting. But now I knew that home was only a small part of a much larger story. And somewhere, in the shadows, Shakuni was already planning his next move.
