…Mama Tiger purred, a deep, contented sound. “Exactly, my sweet cub. You’ll be ready for anything.” Tiggy let out another soft yawn. The jungle outside was silent, but it wasn’t a scary silence anymore. It was a peaceful, resting silence. He closed his eyes, feeling the steady rhythm of his mama’s breathing beside him, the comforting weight of her body a warm blanket. He was safe. He was loved. And he was finally, wonderfully, sleepy. He drifted off into a deep, peaceful slumber, dreaming of sunbeams and playful pounces, knowing that when he woke, the jungle would be alive with sound and ready for adventure.
