…“It is,” I agreed, my gaze sweeping across the darkened street. “But Lily is out there somewhere, and we’re going to find her. And to do that, we need those drawings.” Our journey had truly begun. The familiar safety of Lily’s house was behind us, and the unknown lay ahead. The night was dark, and the path was uncertain, but with each determined step, we carried the hope of a little girl and the courage of a toy bear who refused to give up. The great escape was over, but the real adventure was just beginning.
