…A wave of excitement washed over us. The attic. It was a dark, dusty place, filled with forgotten treasures and lurking shadows, but it was also where Lily’s most cherished possessions often ended up, safe and sound. It was a start. A real, tangible start. “Then that’s where we go,” I declared, my voice ringing with a newfound courage. “To the attic. To find Bartholomew the Brave’s sketchbook. For Lily. For home.” The toys looked at each other, a silent understanding passing between us. The journey would be perilous, the challenges immense, but the cause was just. And as I looked at my brave, loyal companions, I knew that together, we could face anything. The adventure had truly begun.
