…We ran blindly, not towards the mountains, but away from the heart of the chaos. The strange celestial display above continued its violent dance, but I no longer saw it as a revelation. It was a wound, a terrifying glimpse into the raw, untamed forces that governed the universe. My desire to prove the earth flat had led me to a truth far more profound, and infinitely more terrifying. The horizon had not just shifted; it had shattered, revealing a reality so vast and incomprehensible that my old beliefs felt like a child’s bedtime story.
