…A cheer erupted from the children, a wave of pure, unadulterated joy. Pinky’s square heart swelled. She had done it. She had brought her creation to life, and it had brought happiness. The Flutter-Wiggle hummed a little louder, its wings beating a joyful rhythm. As the first rays of the afternoon sun began to slant across the alley, casting long shadows, Pinky knew this was just the beginning. The Flutter-Wiggle was just the first of many wonderful, whimsical creatures waiting to be born from her imagination, and she couldn’t wait to share them all.
