…As the ‘Sea Serpent’ carved a new path through the waves, leaving the pursuing ships to chase shadows, Leo felt a strange sense of peace. He was no longer just a pirate seeking fortune. He was a guardian, a reluctant protector of a secret that could change the world, or destroy it. The hunt was far from over, but for now, he had outwitted the hunters. And in doing so, he had taken the first step towards finding his own lost soul. The island waited, and Leo, for the first time, felt ready to face whatever lay ahead.
