It was a place no one would think to look, a place where the King's treasure would be safe from greedy eyes, a place of humility. Leo understood then. The headband hadn't been stolen by some villain seeking power or riches. It had been lost, perhaps by a careless hand, and found by someone who, for reasons unknown, had kept it safe in the most unlikely of sanctuaries. A profound sense of quiet wonder settled over him. The mystery wasn't in a grand theft, but in a simple act of forgotten stewardship.
