THE HISTORICAL PARLANCE OF THE TWELVE APOSTLES OF JESUS

Previously

…Our journey was far from over. The path was fraught with persecution, with imprisonment, with the martyrdom of brothers and sisters who held fast to their faith. I saw Stephen, the first to fall, his face radiant as he looked to heaven, his last words a prayer for his murderers. It was a vision of courage that fueled my own resolve. We faced the same hatred, the same opposition, but the message of Jesus, the message of love, redemption, and resurrection, was too powerful to be silenced. It was a force that had transformed us, and it was a force that would continue to transform the world, one brave heart at a time. The adventure, the true, terrifying, glorious adventure, had only just begun.
