…I looked around at all the faces, a mix of familiar and new, all lit up by the fading sunlight. The playground, which had always felt like our own special kingdom, now felt even bigger, even more full of possibilities. It wasn’t just a place to play anymore; it was a place to discover, to challenge ourselves, and to make connections we never expected. The mystery of the missing Carroms had led us on an adventure, but it had also opened up a whole new world of friendship and fun. My heart felt full, like I’d just eaten the biggest scoop of ice cream imaginable. This summer was definitely going to be one for the books.
