…He took a moment to examine his wound. It was a deep gash, but not debilitating. He knew he needed to tend to it soon, but first, he had to continue his quest. He sheathed his sword, the familiar click a reassuring sound. He looked back at the fallen Moon Bear, then turned his gaze towards the deeper, more shadowed parts of the forest, where the artifact lay hidden. The journey was far from over. He walked on, his steps heavier now, but his resolve unbroken. The forest still whispered its secrets, and he was determined to hear them all.
