The dragon of the cave

Previously

…Ignis, the undefeated dragon, was no longer a creature of myth to be feared, but a guardian who needed an ally, and Elara, the brave young villager, was ready to be that ally. The weight of her village’s survival still rested on her shoulders, but now, she carried it not alone, but with the promise of the Heartspring, and the steady companionship of the dragon who guarded it. The journey back would be filled with a different kind of challenge – the challenge of changing hearts and minds – but Elara knew, with a certainty that settled deep within her, that together, they could bring about a new dawn for her village.
