…The square was filled with the chatter of returning life, the laughter of children, the reunions of friends. It was a beautiful, chaotic symphony, and I was a part of it again. I was Leo, a boy who had faced the end of the world and brought it back. I was a hero, not because I was special, gifted, or chosen, but because I had loved, and because I had been loved in return. And as the sun began to dip below the horizon, painting the sky in hues of orange and pink, I knew, with a certainty that settled deep within my heart, that this was just the beginning of a brighter, more precious day.
