…As he looked out from the harbor, he saw Captain Bigship’s massive vessel slowly making its way towards the same safe haven. The captain, peering from his bridge, saw the small tugboat still bobbing near the dock, having just brought in the ferry. A flicker of surprise, then something akin to respect, crossed his weathered face. He had seen the little tugboat’s determined effort, his skillful navigation through the storm. The little boat that had seemed so insignificant just hours before had proven itself to be a true hero of the bay. Tuggy, watching this, felt a quiet warmth spread through his hull. He might be small, but he had made a big difference.
