…With that, he turned and left the study, the heavy oak door closing behind him with a soft thud, leaving me alone with the lingering scent of sandalwood and vanilla, and the growing unease that had settled upon Blue Moon Pack like a shroud. The mystery had deepened, and with it, my own internal conflict. The Beta's suspicion was a cold, hard truth I could not ignore, but the pull of the unknown, the whisper of destiny, was a force I was still learning to contend with. And I had a chilling premonition that the night was far from over.
