Not with a sunny disposition and a desire for healthy relationships. But by confronting the messy, complicated, often hilarious reality of my own heart. And for the first time in a long time, I didn’t immediately reach for the pill bottle. Instead, I picked up my phone and typed a message to Jecka: “Coffee? My treat.
